Board Governance

The Board of Trustees at Union Hill School District is committed to providing every child with educational opportunities grounded through the lens of equity. The Board's leadership is essential in developing policies and direction to the Superintendent that is aligned to the vision of the Union Hill School District.
 
The Board of Trustees works with the Superintendent to provide leadership, service, and support to the district and all students of Union Hill through teamwork, communication, integrity, creativity, expertise, and advocacy for all learners. 
 
The Union Hill School District Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the second Tuesday of the month from August through June (there is no meeting in July). Open session begins at 6:00p.m. (closed session is typically held at the conclusion of the open session but occasionally will be scheduled before open session). The meetings are conducted at the Union Hill School District office boardroom but may be conducted in other locations at Union Hill. Occasionally a special session of the board will be held. Postings for these sessions will be in the Union Newspaper and on the District office bulletin board.
